I disagree with you here.

Red wine and cheese were MADE for each other. Doesn't matter what cheese, be it a soft and mellow mozzarella or a zingy and powerful cheddar.

I find that dough works fine with red too.




Saying that, I do properly love red wine. This one time BNanni and I made a lasagna and so I went and got two solid bottles of Marquis de Ceceres.
