Internet Radio - How to start

Hey all.

Been on the idea of internet radio for the past few months. Did once set it up, but ran on my own server. Speeds and quality were poor, let alond the few hours uptime.

Any ideas of good hosting companies for shoutcast? Or any other related broadcasting hosting sites?
