@TheBreadMan - Was really digging the intro to this but really don't feel the drop :s Feels quite forced and there's not really much going on apart from that growl which just really doesn't grab my attention at all. There are times where it sounds like a hi hat is way too loud as well. so maybe take that down a bit or possibly EQ it differently, just sounds really painful. Sorry dude, intro is good but after the drop I found it really hard to listen to.

@Zonetrooper5 - Wasn't really feeling groove but street corners has quite a nice vibe to it. Like the arpeggio bleepy thing going on, nice sounds too but it gets quite boring after a while, could do with more progression really to keep things interesting.

@Kaiori Breathe - I posted a comment on your soundcloud but thought I would here as well. VERY nice track, really enjoyed the oriental strings and the melodies are just right. Loving everything you make at the moment, you could well be one of my favourite artists!

Much better than the last one I heard from you man! The drums are tight most definitely, mix down is sounding pretty good but not perfect. Biggest gripe I have with it is that the main wobble for the bass sounds very basic and not that great which makes it really stand out from the rest of the track which is much higher quality. Pretty understandable seeings as your new to dubstep and it's something hard to get just right. I'd try splitting it into high mid and low mid, put more reverb on the high mid section and EQ both parts a bit harder. Add some attack on the amp on the synth too, maybe try different waveforms in it too, triangle and a square at different octaves would sound nice with the track I reckon but it's up to you lol XD Really like the noise that comes in about 2:40, that scratchy weirdness. Overall it's a nice tune, the drums, sub and high pitched synths are all sounding good dude.

@ponte : cool sounds man, not always diggin the electric bassline with the percussion but it's cool when you take one note and you make it delay alot , really liked that part. Maybe do more around that and don't let that bassline mess around too much with you other sounds. I also noticed some goa influenced sounds, which i love myself :)

@breadman : try to work on your levels abit more. It's all cool & stuf to just add a snare and a wobble out of nowhere, but it kinda hurt my ears  drop was really disappointing as im hearing a brutal electro.... be creative man ! also your drums were kinda drowning underneath the rest of your tune

@kaiori : very nice mate , although the eastern violin sequence reminds me alot of Plastician - Japan , abit too much to my liking. Percussion is immense man, loving your snare. Overall very tight production just these violins kinda bother me :)

Mine's no heavy brostep tune for a chance, some liquid DNB. Uploaded on Newgrounds cause soundcloud won't work with me...

Would love some fb

Just searched it on youtube, but they sound different enough to me :S. His sounds far better than mine lol. I'll slow mine down a bit later and compare the two to make sure for definite - I don't think they're the same, but you never know, thanks for the heads up. Japan actually reminds me of the melody lines from Sadness and Sorrow, a song in Naruto, except in sadness and sorrow it's played on a dizu (i think) and a piano.

The melody is totally different, it just sounds similar because they are both the same instrument, that chinese stringed thing I dunno the naame of, fyi plastician didn't write his melody, it's a full sample rip jobby from house of the flying daggers XD

EDIT:

Double edit: Listened back and forth and they might be the same samples XD but the melody does sound really different :s

Thoughts on the song in my sig? It's kind of a slow, lumbering track--but that's what I was going for haha.
Like the plucking synth, also not very keen on the bass, it doesn't really fit the tune imo. Might wanna try to switch it up a bit.
Drum work is good, nice variations. Mix is pretty good too.
little bit slow, maybe you were aiming for this though?? nice atmospheric pad, like the drum work as mention above, overall mix is good!

Chris mack wrote:@Paravrais I like intro. Cool noise, but to me the high pitched synth sort of killed it. Just a personal opion. Good work with the drums, although they could be brought slightly foward in the mix.

@Iron ears I love the vibe of the track and was really intrigued at the start. I liked the way you developed it but there seemed to be no immediate pay off interms of the drums. Cool vocal and great vibe.

@Craggle I liked it! Very Joker esqe. Nice work with the synth melody and arpegiation. It all seems to sit very nicely. Good track :D

My new remix, not so wobbly, more like Noisia or something  I think it turned pretty well anyway, produced in Reason 4, bass made with Subtractor with some sidechain on.
