Not that it really matters, but he uses FL. Pointless thread, a quick google search came up with the answer on the second link.

Crazy that his Rhianna remix has like 2million views on youtube. He's touring america and places pretty much purely off the back of that, and people are eating it up. Life fucking sucks.

How about instead of hating on the guy, you all do something similar. There is nothing wrong with doing pop and experimental music at the same time. It worked for the beetles...

Yeah I don't even know what to say about this shit anymore. It's like if you have made it then you know you have probably made some really bad music.

While I am on the bitching tip... We get a dubstep producer comming through town that actually makes goodnstuff and he plays all techno for two hours. Way to go. I think real dubstep is over. Jump ship now if you know what's good for you.

Are we allowed to discuss Ham VST now that all the big producers use it. Gone are the days when I could make a banging dubstep track in 5 minutes with that thing. Everyone uses it :( Sad times

it's because he cleverly put the Song name as Rihanna - Rude Boy (CHRISPY REMIX) so if you search just Rihanna it would still show up and the kinda nob dubstep remix fanboys going ohhhhh KEWL REMIX! means it gets alot of views.

I hate every other tune of his but http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oib0JvkD ... re=related is just genius...

well some of us don't really wanna remix shit pop tunes regardless of how many hits/press we could get from it. as for the beatles they were pop first then started taking drugs n doing more experimental stuff.

I'm just saying that it's kinda strange when you are looking down your nose at someone who is more sucsessful than you. You don't have to make either good music or popular music, that is my point. I'm just not the type to hate on people tho.

or lets leave my answer at top and still allow people to express opinions and have a laugh... this isn't a Q and A only dictatorship forum.

yeah your post is the one i was saying we should leave, man

and i know, i'm just saying that if some kid wants to get into production and learn, and we're all coming out accusing his music taste as being shit, he's just gonna run off and think we're dicks.

alternatively, we could just help him get into something that we all love doing, even if we like it for different reasons

Yeah let's turn a message board that is perfectly fine the way it is into wikipedia or ask.com so the kiddies don't run home and cry to their mommies?
