Any ammount of comments on a track doesnt affect the playback at all. Just listened to that Cotten Mouth one fine.

I normally tend to press play on the first track on my dashboard, then continue browsing net on another tab while the others underneath play.

if you create art and then put it out there to be consumed you are a whore.

the very act of putting your art out in the open makes you a whore. some people are bigger whores than others. big wup. i bet there's tons of kids in their room going "those stnuc of DSF complaining about spam when they're spamming up my internet with their unoriginal shitty dubstep". so yeah, next time you give out about a spammy tnuc just remember that you have turned into what you hate the most.

There isnt an option to send a message to hundreds of people in one go is there? I havent seen it, the spammers must spend ages clicking names and pasting said message

Once upon a time the spammers were on myspace.
We thought soundcloud would be different, and it is. The difference is: the spam is slightly more annoying on soundcloud.

^^ i'm so fed up of the random people adding me just to spam me with their shit that i've decided to do it myself. i'm doing a test to see how much feedback i get by spamming 2000 random people on soundcloud my new tune. then i'm going to unfollow them and see who notices/complains ect. i guess that it must actually get them somewhere otherwise they wouldn't bother to do it.

if you are one of the 2000 i spam then i apologize in advance lol. the sad thing is i'm pretty sure people are getting their profile raised/getting signed by using this tactic. i've already had almost 70 people follow me just because i'm following them! lol.

it's all a load of bullshit.

Pointless really mate, it seems theres just as many people who will end up muting you, as there are who will actually listen to what you have sent them.

At the end of the day, if you spend a lot of time on Soundcloud, is quite easy to figure out who the spammers are before they spam you.

Ive seen too many linking their own page on someone else's comments bar, when i see that, i mute them, simples.

nitz wrote:Recently, i have seen a number of songs on soundcloud which 1000+ comment on every little space available. It's so bad, when you play the songs, every second the comment flicks to another comment distracting you.

Fair play to those, who have deserves the comments, they are legit, the artist would mostly know the commenter's. However, there are some bullshit (excuse my lag) songs on soundcloud with 10000+ views, 1000000+ comments, which of most are " SICKKKKKKKKKK BLUD" "diz shit is so filthy... (then something about their grandmum)

Is there really a need for this fake bullshit ? What are you trying to prove with your zillion views and fake comments? Do you actually know any of your commenter's... ? By having lots and lots of comments on your songs what you trying to say? This song is better then another song with 0 comments ? And these songs are so badly produced and engineered it unbelievable

Get of soundcloud the fakes waste's, go do something productive instead. Keep the comments and feedback real man, not just fake feedback, so you can get zillons comment on your songs...
Why exactly do you care ? I can't figure it out...

you're probably right. i'm just doing it as a social experiment of sorts .

regardless, i'm only going to do it with this one tune. there's one person who sent me one tune a day (obviously rushed in order to get them out as quick as possilbe) until i muted him.

Fair enough, but why risk being muted by a good percentage of, maybe nearly half of 2000 people? Seems stupid to me
