Similiar Deep, Slow and Vicious tunes

Post by raiden_12 » Tue Sep 07, 2010 6:49 am

Hi All,

I'm looking for similar styles based on this kind of track http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PghxvfngrRs

Was impressed with Solar Nebulae's "Destroyer Of Planets" - http://betamorphrecordings.com/wordpress/?p=98 and Numa Crew's "Murder" - http://www.djtunes.com/numa-crew/numa-crew-ep

Hope you catch the feel of what I'm looking for.

In your expert opinion (Dubspert?), any idea what sub-genre (if any) you would put this under and/or tune suggestions? Hoping to get a modest collection into something more sizable.

Thanks

Yeah, its so aggressive but it doesn't compromise on structure, it works too well.

If anyone has any other recommendations i would love to hear them.

That first song reminds me of that Zombie Nation remix

Must be the gnarly filtered synth
Getzatrhythm

lean tunes, that track is pretty sweet, but it's not hitting the depth i'm looking for with the bassline to drive it home. Agreed, its been put through the zombie filter, but it still sounds awesome!
