i dig psy:am, stinkahbell, cairo, alexis k, megalodon, kid simple, f3tch, vishnu, sparc, ylem, hulk, and dont know if you can call them up and coming, but also loving boot, sook + droid sector. im sure i left some out too.
also keep an eye out for a lad named Distemper should have stuff out soon, heard a few bits and they are killer.

Although technically not up n coming these 2 guys are really underrated as we dont hear them mentioned much on here at all:

Hecq:

This has one of the best intros, just really beautiful, was great to do a remix. He is a pro sound designer and had a few albums varying in styles. Extremely talented.



Karsten Pflum:

Hugely subtle and intricate, on a big system it sounds absolutely perfect
