pesto is indeed made with cheese if it's done properly...

GWA, apparently you have never heard of pesto cavatappi.... which is what you're talking about (with parmesan cheese instead of cheddar )

nah nah that's just creamy pesto that's sick and all but i'm not using cream. making my own cheese sauce flour b2b butter b2b melted cheese b2b milk. wondered if pesto would make it that better.. usually go for pepper and chillis but want a switch up

what cheese are you using? cheddar might be iffy ... but you wont know until you try! you must report back with your findings

chedder and a bit of goats. parmasan on top. should be good, i'll slap it in the over with some breadcrumbs on top
