Yeah technically Yunx might be a better DJ than Hatcha, but how many DJs actually helped spawn a whole genre and are known as the Godfather of said genre? I think its just as much about his legacy as his actual djing??

Edit: His Kiss 100 show may have something to do with it aswell.

im not even thinkin about winning as if that could happen,there's propper big boys on there im jus glade that im on the same poll wiv such legends,and as for mixing i dnt think im that bad actually,if i plyed the same kinda set everyweek then im sure i would perfect my set 2 a t but playing out week in and week out i need 2 keep my bag as fresh as poss,sum times i get 2 clubs and half me dubs av jus bin cut and i dont no what goes best wiv what,but u r right there r tighter dj's out there but the most ov em play the same set every week,and as for the mixmag thing im jus thankful that im in it wiv such legends in the game..

Voted a week or so ago...For me it came down to Kool Herc and Hatch....without both of them, the styles of music I love the most (at least) would sound different today...possibly not exist at all...

Nothing to feel about if your trying a tune combo out for the 1st time and it sounds horrible/doesn't keymatch etc we've all been there aint we

Big up Hatcha for just getting on the shortlist. If he wins It'll be amazing for the genre (I don't doubt that he can) but there are some very good DJs on there also.
