@ Sinister - Love the drums. All your tunes are proper cavernous. I really recognise that Accapella too...

@ Sparxy - Nice groove. Work on your drums more. Get some shuffles and accents going on the hi hat and maybe layer a clap on the snare? I'd say headphone monitoring is def worth it! Your pick up on a lot through phones that sometimes goes amiss with monitors. Try layering up that second synth too maybe.

@ Basic A - DEEP, Leviathan shit. Wicked Sub tones and the mid range sits really nicely. Pads move around everything else really well. Maybe chuck in a few more incidentals? Love the vibe of it though, proper visual.

@ Frogman - Where's the bass??

@ Tyler Blue - Love the synth work - sounds like old Noisia sounds.

@ CBK - RUDE. Like the intro too. Wicked edits. Like the way it keeps that tension constant with the strings. Drum break down is wicked too, keeps it driving. Maybe just needs another mix session but well on its way!

@ DLOGREZYRB - Sounds like Nic Endo doing dubstep.. Just a bit mental, not dancefloor material but I kind of liked it..

Work in progress - Still needs work but some pointers and feedback would be sweeet :D - I don't usually make jump up but fuck it.

@ Rhek: Big, big tune man. Drums sound massive. Seriously one of the best pieces i've heard on here lately.
Bass is crazy. Finish it! can't wait...

@ sinisterbeats: Very nice. Breaks sound handmade, i hope they are, they're great!!! Loving the space
and the overall mix. Superb and deep stuff. Lots of potential.

@ CBK81: Wow i'm digging that! Drums are awesome. The tune is just evil overall...can't wait to hear it finished.

Damn, i'm a little hesitant to post my WIP now  , so much great stuff on here! Would love some feedback :)

@Sinisterbeats lovely dark tune, reminds me of cyrus a bit. the vocal sample really fits well, adds to the darkness of the track. really digging it man!

@Tripwire amazing again. love the pads and percussion, intro is great. just out of curiosity what software are you using? really great so far, hope to hear more progress on it soon.

@Swansong liking the lo-fi feel to this, the only thing id change is a little less skipping/repeating the sample in the later part of the track. but liking it nonetheless.

@Traffikz not usually my kind of thing, but i really like the saddam hussein sample use, and production is good. just maybe change up the bassline and stuff to add variation.

@rhek not usually what i listen to. but i like it, reminds of something trolley snatcha would make or dub police would release. good work with the bassline automation!

@Frogman nice one on the intro, id beef up the main bassline though, just to give it some depth!

thanks to everyone giving me feedback will be giving more feedback when i get a chance! and excuse all of the ! used haha.

thanks for that mate, wasnt sure if the vocals fit so glad youve said that because iv really wanted to use some vox in a tune.

Slight update to this, added tons of automation. Just need to work the drums a little and add a few bits here and there. Any feedback appreciated :D

@rhek:Love the sound on this track, very ambient.
@reignz:I know i've already heard your WIP's but just wanted to give you props...always a fan of your shit brotha!!
@Swansong:honestly at first listen i didnt like your track, but after listening a few times i actually really liked it..maybe add a little something to it though..kinda plain, BUT very SICK..
@Traffikz:Dude dont EVER be hesitant to load a track on here...people will cut it down and tell you whats wrong, but its ALL GOOD, even if the advice sounds bad. Honestly your track is dope man, just EQ it a little and bring the sound a little louder with a little lower freq on the bass, but i personally like this track a lot.
@sinisterbeats:your shit always gets me a little, but in a good way. I agree with a.paul, the vocal is perfect.

Okay so i have not posted anything in FOREVER on here, this track is a WIP, i actually did my first collabo on this one. The Bender and I have created our new group:The Tokyo Boyz, and this is our first creation, one half Breadman, one half Bender. Enjoy, OH YEAH, this has NO ending YET...VERY MUCH A WIP...

@TheBreadMan Good track man, got some impressive elements like that rock flavour. I think you are quite similar to distance
@gonzodj Like your style brother maybe work on the drums?
@Hakka Filthy, maybe work with amp levels on the drop? Cool sample

My second ever track, going for a ambient chilled feeling want to melt it into something up beat :D
downloaded reason5 the other day, pretty average imo was expecting more :x

Have updated mine guys, changed the breakdown, added extra pads and got rid of the horrible synth in the middle. Next step to finish it off is add some shuffley hi hats, then onto the next project!

@sniperdub. I like the chopped vocal throughout, great feel through most of the song. however imo i wasnt keen on the part with the bell, got a bit irritating with no real release of tension by the end of it (just imo. im a noob).

@mindcontrol. has a definite promise, think it would be sweet if it cuts out at some point and you drop in a lead/melody, also if youre looking to build the intensity work on the drum progression, kicks on 1 snares on 3 with incidental percussion and hi hats is a good place to start.

@sparxy. dark dude, loved the sampled vocal lol. i thought the overall bass sound was good, especially the scratching sort of sound you had over it. i just thought there could have been more variation or note progression though on the main line. also, i really liked the hihat and ghost hit before your snare, def felt crisp.

heres a short bit i made yesterday, but havent put a whole lot of time into sound selection. just started really but yea, its got a slow flowing sort of sound which i really like, im just wondering do you think its too slow/does it sound too much like elevator music.

p.s. dont mind the dumb name :P

a.paul wrote:hey thanks to everyone who gave me feedback on Meanwhile last week.
here is more of a laid back tune, more of my style. obviously not mastered and stuff. any help with making the sub bass warmer? the first segment of sub bass before the note change are obviously lower, but i want it too stand out just as much as the higher note. the lower notes just seem so flat, cant figure out what to do!
feedback and comments are appreciated! I will return the favour and probably feedback for as many tunes as possible while im doing my course work tonight.
thank you!

this aint bad man. you could try compression ur sub but idk that just what i do may not work on this song, but song could use maybe some techno stabs with alot of delay
