capcom gave away the samples for a remix competition, so there shouldn't be territory licensing issues as far as that kind of thing is concerned
something else is up here.......

yeah im pretty sure it just has to do with where the tune is licensed to be sold. the samples have been cleared with capcom or else the tune never would have been released in the first place. In an interview man actually says they cleared the samples but then recreated them anyway...

I've been wondering about this issue, too. I really want to buy this track on iTunes, but it's not available.

However, I do remember that the Terror Danjah - Air Bubble single was unavailable in the US for the longest time on digital stores for some reason. Then it suddenly showed up. Maybe there is some kind of behind the scenes delay?

I'm not one for supporting piracy or anything, but... if they're not letting anyone buy it outside of the UK they aren't expecting to make any money off of it outside the UK are they? So, to the American guys, I wouldn't feel too guilty.

They might not be expecting to make any money off of it from outside the UK, but this doesnt mean they dont want to! As previously stated maybe they couldnt get the licensing for the samples outside the UK. Not saying they arent left with no to little choice. But i dont think ''illegaling it up'' is the answer. If you really want to support the artist and get the track there are ways of doing it......such as the dude who got his mate to buy it for him.

Mate, it's easier said than done. I have no friends what so ever who lives in London. How in the hell am i gonna get this and dirty face (benga remix) ? i can't in anyways. The only way would be when i'm in London at some point.

Yeah true. It is proper gash for you guys. Not saying i've 100% pure and innocent myself and not going to lie on a forum about it, I guess if you have no other alternative then there isnt much you can do. Dirty Face (Benga Remix) is only available on HMV download i believe anyways...and you have to purchase the whole album.

I think it is possible to use proxy avoidance software within Firefox to trick beatport et al into thinking you are in a different country.
