@ Mattron, and all the other folks under 21: I can't speak for anyone personally, but I think I can safely say that all the good promoters in NYC wish we could do 21+, and allow anyone in that's passionate about the music. Unfortunately, the venues decide if they want to allow 18+ or 21+, not the promoters - and in the wake of this recession, the cops are raiding venues like crazy, as a result, very few venues allow 18+. It's definitely a bummer.
