wow thats fucking disgusting. But I applaud her for making money off the only thing she can clearly market, other than you know, her intelligence and business savy.
Anyhow
I am pissed off because I missed a flight when I had to style someone
BUT cannot be too sad because I closed a banging deal while I missed my flight.

Got to have a little go on one of these trying to program a modular synth with it.
Roland MC-8

The world's first computer driven CV/Gate Sequencer from 1977. There's only about 50 working ones left in the world. Roland made them more as an exercise in technology with a maximum of 200 made (which three quarters of are gone it would seem now). Kind of like Roland's equivalent to making a concept car.
Absolute fucking nightmare to use

Re: things that have made you happy today
It' just a sequencer.
Imagine using a cash register to program a horrible version of renoise that controlled a analogue synth and that's what it's like.
It did still give all your programming a old nostalgic real blippy old computer quality to it just cause of the way it works. and I did have it plugged into something like this...

So yeah It was making some crazy retro sounding stuff.

Re: things that have made you happy today
An overly friendly bus driver.
He didn't touch me or anything but sometimes just a cheery welcome on to the bus and a "have a good day mate" as you get off can really put you in a good mood in the morning. Which in turn makes you extra friendly to others then the world becomes a better place. In fact world peace could definately be achieved if we all agreed to kill grumpy bus drivers.

I imagine they have to put up with a hell of a lot of shit, but some of them just seem deeply unhappy in their jobs. Just fuck off and do something else and let some well-mannered, right-up-for-it Polish lad who'll be grateful to do the job take your place!crackf wrote:thiiiis! too many grumpy bus drivers, its sick when you get the really happy friendly onesRandom Eyez wrote:An overly friendly bus driver.

The same applies to all people who work in customer facing roles. Can't stand service without a smile.
