weed = back pain?
Anybody have back pain the day after they've smoked weed? If so what is that about?

I've got two mates with pretty bad scheurmann's disease (it's still affecting them in adulthood), and weed is the only thing which helps with their back pain. One has a morphine prescription, the other tramadol, and neither painkiller does anything for pain.

I've got this, I thought I was the only one! It keeps me from smoking too much weed.

i get everything pain from weed, but i think it's just me noticing existing pain that i already have more. don't get all this stuff about weed being pain relief because for me it's the opposite

Works insanely well for my mum's rheumatoid arthritis. Even morphine doesn't stop her crying all night when it flares up, but a joint will. But she still won't smoke it oftenbadger wrote:i get everything pain from weed, but i think it's just me noticing existing pain that i already have more. don't get all this stuff about weed being pain relief because for me it's the opposite

Weed does give me headaches tho. Almost guaranteed to have one, if I'm smoking for extended periods of time it gets pretty severe.

It's probably because you relax a little too much and sit/slouch in a stupid posture for a few hours.

Re: weed = back pain?
It does affect muscles, but I've never really heard of it doing it in a negative way though it's possible I guess, maybe stimulating already injured or sore parts. It could also be do to the inhaling/exhaling... a friend of mine inhales really hard for some reason and he says his rear neck hurts. Maybe try changing smoking methods, like from spliff to pipe or vice versa and see if it still does.

I get it too. Lower back, kidney area. I always thought it was my kidneys cleaning out the green from my blood.

I've never gotten any pain from smoking, in fact it helps with my stomach pains a lot. Lucy on the other hand... I always get lower back aches from it

It's definitely this.. i wake up with a sore back/kidney area after a bit session the night before sometimes, i thought it was my bed for a while, but it's in pretty good shape so attributed it to my muscles being too relaxed when stoned and hence not noticing bad posturemagma wrote:It's probably because you relax a little too much and sit/slouch in a stupid posture for a few hours.
