You Have 0 Friends was a good rip on social networking/internet.
Dead Celebrities & Butter's Bottom Bitch from last year were also stand out episodes.

Older ones to check: The Jeffersons season 8, Butt Out season 7, Jackovasaurus season 3 (Matt Stone's only episode).

"The Return of the Fellowship of the Ring to the Two Towers", "Good Times with Weapons", "Make Love, Not Warcraft"

^ Some gooduns. The Lord of the Rings one is one of my favorites just for the bit when Token watches the video and says "I'm not playing anymore, I'm out". There were a couple bits in "Good Times with Weapons" that induced tears too.

In total agreement, three of the best episodes there - I'd also add How to Eat With Your Butt and the Go God Go 2-parter
