@ Streetxlite
I LOVE it!! Not really a fan of the "yuh" sound since I find it a lot overused, but i love the melody in the back and the intro, also like all the random sounds in there, good job!
@gonzodj
I like the garagey intro, but I feel it's weak when the bass kicks, definately feeling the burial vibes on that one though..I just feel like it lacks low end..otherwise i love it man really chilled :)
@ Neff
Pepperspray:I thought is was gonna be nice, but I don't really like the synth when it drops..definately lacking lowend and feels really rough..you could stick a sine under there and soften the lead by filtering it a little bit more
Reflectors:I really like this one,you got some great vibes going there..but I don't know why I think it would be sick as a liquid dnb song haha but whatever (maybe a vip haha) love it man
@Amphibian
Wow.This one is fucking sick man,not much to say expept..FUCKING FINISH IT! Can't wait to hear more!

Ok,so this is the track I posted on the last page, but I got rid of the midrange bullshit, stick a sub in there mixed up the drums a bit and change a bit some of the sounds..what do you think??(I'd like to know if the bass level is okay, because through my monitors and sub,it sounds good..but through my headphones it sounds too loud..)

@NRHC - This song is really tight bro - sounds really well mixed and everything really sits together - favourite part has got to be the percussion, really well thought out, mixed and put together - but the track as a whole is really deep and interesting. Good work mate!

@Sirius- Love the intro, sample choice from District 9?? Hatcha-esque deep old school vibes - Really well mixed on the whole though, would only say maybe layer the snare and kick with more hard hitting samples underneath to give the song more punch. Other than that I really like it and it sounds tight! Good Work!

@streetexile - Snare roll in the intro sounds tight - I love snare rolls but just can't seem to get the hang of them! This song is really cool - liking the downlink/datsik style to it (sorry if you find that insulting but I love those guys so I mean it as a compliment!). Basses are all really tight though - only faults really are the mixdown could be a little tighter and maybe add a touch more ambiance to fill in all the gaps to glue the track together (though this could be sorted with a more thorough mixdown). Same again though, really decent, interesting track.

Here's a rough mixdown of an Electro remix I've been working on - I know The song still needs a few more elements adding to tighten things up and give the drops a bit more impact and I still need to go back and rework the vocals as they're only temp. Just wandering what people think anyway.

Woah,I love this one it's got a great atmosphere only thing,is that snare needs just a lil bit more low end and the bass a little bit more compression to hold it tightly, other than that it's great

You're right, I'm sorry.

@Sirius: First one is amazing I love when the drums first come in. the second one was pretty nice, for some reason it wouldn't completely load though so i didn't get to hear all of it

@NRHc: I liked them both, very laid back feel which is nice

@Grayskale: haha Might Like you Better. A good song in its own, the remix is twice as good thumbs up mate

Another new one from me. This is extremely chill. A real late night/sleeping track perhaps :P.

Still alot of work to be done, no mastering at all. I've more so concentrated on lots of little melodys, pads, piano etc.

@Noremac-dum,dum de dum- yep suspense on the intro- nice drums coming in, not sure about the nare, sounds like one of those marching band ones, but nice rhythm, maybe have 1/64 loops with a crash in there somewhere. And then we have the bass coming in, all fits very well with the chords but I think it's neither wobbletastic or really subby, I'm not sure which one you were aiming for really. A nice piece, very relaxing, drums are your strong point, work on your synths

@Greyskale- ugh electro. Soundeing pretty Justice like, great sample manipulation and it's got me nodding my head, the drums are kind of lost in all the fuzz, but I quite like that effect. Yeah not really sure what to say, never really listen to electro, sorry, not much use there

@ogunslinger-just sick intro really, until the drop- it doesnt really seem to wobble in sync with the drums, depending on what programme youre using you can tie them together. Erm can't really hear some of the wobbles as well, may be boost the low end
sub bass is your friend, my friend :w:

@ Above, I like the aspect but I cannot find the drop in it, it's kinda dull, try to let the drums jump some out more and let the intro separate from the rest some better, and let the bass LFO change in a while!

yeea haha i know, just somethin i was workin on last night and wanted to share! :e:
litterly made that bared the fuck out haha, just wanted to see if anyone likes that kinda style of shit... but anyways probably wont get to finish it till next week cuz like hard haunted mansion n shit.... haha
anyways theres alot of empty spaces cuz im still making new sounds n shit cuz i don't want it to get repetitive u

Soundcloud
:D know it's not nearly finished but how do u like the sounds/style? kinda just disregard everything after 30-40 seconds lol

hutyluty: not really my style but it's pretty chill! kinda gets a little repetitive tho, and that synth u bring in during the drop i think you should maybe do some gain automation on it, probably will make it way smoother just cuz it's kinda loud and kinda masks the drop if u know what i mean!

Njamimars: nice idea for the intro... make it fat! also I like the bassline u got goin there dog, sounds like u might have some conflicting frequencys up in that high range but other than that its a good start! but I really do think you can add some punch to it, and fatten up that sound a lil :D

bradicle: really nice man, super chill! when it's done are you gona give out any 320's? :D

NRHc: sorry dude soundclouds not workin for your song... tried refreshin n shit a few times

GRAYSKALE: can't really tell but i think u could bring the vocals down a lil, and i think some manipulation on the vocals would really help out the tune! but not so sure about that synth u bring in around 1 min (it's pretty quiet but to my ear at least it doesn't flow as good as it could! anyways pretty sick dude!

@ ogunslinger. Thats cool man, nice little vox sample. I think that snare is too overpowering for the song. I like the little build up. It needs more of a sub on that drop man. Like i heard the buildup but didn't seem there was the drop.
btw, yep i'll put avail for download on soundcloud soon :).

This is something I started today. Far far far from finished. I tried to go real dark. Once again it's something very different from what I usually try lol.

bring out the mid highs out in those sounds abit afta the intro, just lower the volume to compensate... too much going on in the subs like.so get the rest of ya sounds out of that range . ya snare is cracking nicely.... but the rest of the percussion, cept the kik is lacking ay. abit more reverb on afew of those accidentals too!! nice start, but its no more than an intro ah. if ya done any more post it up!

@ Sirius - cheers boss. Was actually doing that aha. Added quite a bit more. Cut a bit from the start though. Will do more later. You're right it's not much more than an intro. Main reason i'm unsure where I want to take it as this type of dub is new to me :P.

Digging the tune in your sig man. Deep. Love the little sample!

Bit more here
