Got my first dub cut last week. The smell is quite sexual. In fact, it is the greatest smell my nose has ever come across. Track is below:

I saw that Festy and turned around and asked distro if I can do one so I got the form.

I don't have that much going on right now but the hamster in my head is on it wheel. Cooking some shit up for next year. Kicking it up a notch like Emeril.

I feel like lately time spent producing or scratching is golden...Because I had a daughter last spring. I am now finding that balance of being a dad and production is very lop sided. But my daughter is definitely my proudest achievement ever.

It's definitely a different ballgame after kids. I have two boys. There is nothing you can really do. I used to stay up all nights on the weekend but anymore I am so tired Friday I end up having only Saturday to get anything serious accomplished and then it's just too much pressure to manufacture creativity. Oh wells.

got offered to do a gig at this crazy indie pub this morning after this live mash up.
Jumped on the mixer & played out the feedback delays & shit...

then jumped on stage & freestyled ragga styles for a gud ten mins.

definite hard times for production when you got a little one but only having snatches of time to work on stuff has made me more focused. i can breakdown the track quicker into what's required so spend less time faffing about. this weekend the missus+son are away so it's on :5:

Yeah my wife and the little one are gone for the day. The older one is still around but he is old enough to play by himself. I have gotten to that focused place before but it's so hard to get back there once you get off track. There have been times where I am working on this tune for and hour and half at night if that is all the time I have but I have so much other shit to get done I end up not even having that much time now and it's like hoping for lightening to strike that I am in this super creative mode once I do get the studio time. So I am just happy if I get something done now and if I don't oh well. I can't do shit about what I can't do shit about right.
