Good Compilations?
Good Compilations?
I was wondering if there are any well known dubstep compilations out there.
i already know about the "This is Dubstep" series.
any other noteworthy mixes?

Re: Good Compilations?
i would suggest the dubstep allstars series particularly vol 2 (youngsta) and vol 5 (n type)

Re: Good Compilations?
The Dubstep Allstars series on Tempa
The Roots of Dubstep
Tectonic Plates 1 & 2
I Love Dubstep
the Rinse cd series (though not all dubstep)
both Skull Disco compilations
the GetDarker cd series
Adventures in Dubstep and Beyond
the Deep Medi compilations
the MAH compilations
5 Years of Hyperdub
probably forgetting a bunch, no disrespect! will add more later unless others want to contribute? compilations only, yeah?

Cheers for that list, I was struggling to think of much beyond Dubstep Allstars and This Is Dubstep.

Re: Good Compilations?
first thing that came to mind was the 5 years of hyperdub compilation - i'd say most of it isn't dubstep, still amazing though

..you will know your responsibility..

Good Energy is considered a compilation pretty sure. It can be a fine line I suppose.fractal wrote:complilations
