The piano annoyed me first, then the snare and then the vocal so I turned it off. I would suggest using a drum kit that has drums that go together and sound like they were for each other. I would bin the piano, replace it with a sample (see hip hop). The vocal, I would find a good bit from it and make a good hook out of it instead of just slapping it over a mediocre beat.
