The President of South Korea has given this statement...
"Reckless attacks on South Korean civilians are not tolerable, especially when South Korea is providing North Korea with humanitarian aid."

"As for such attacks on civilians, a response beyond the rule of engagement is necessary.

"Our military should show this through action rather than an administrative response,"

"Given that North Korea maintains an offensive posture, I think the Army, the Navy and the Air Force should unite and retaliate against [the North's] provocation with multiple-fold firepower,"

"I think enormous retaliation is going to be necessary to make North Korea incapable of provoking us again."
We are offically fucked people!

watch aljazeera if you can get, best for international news imo
yeh we dont get that over here in the states...and asking about it would prolly get you either really dirty looks from the cable guy or on some domestic terror list...you should be watching whatever is on Fox anyway, why are you asking these questions? :a:

its disgusting how many news networks are covering the economic impact more than the human impact... money is irrelevant if you're dead

no i mean bringin every1 else into it. makes beef for us which is pointless cos we have nothing to do with it really. shud just box them in together and let them fight like animals if they wanna fight at all.
the world doesn't work like that
strategic military locations, international markets and resources, etc
hell nuclear fallout...
there are plenty of factors that even if we did just let "two countries go at it like animals" would have implications on the rest of the world
why let them sit there fighting, why not just nuke them both instead of world war 3. saves alot of lives imo.

Agreed.
Guessed they would already start censoring and cherry picking
First hour or so usually holds the most decent coverage, then on its just tasteless hype.

does your understanding of how war and weapons work come from action movies and video games?

Be patient. There's only so much info the news channels can get their hands on in situations like this. For the impatient, I expect it'll take a few hours at least for war to be declared.

I don't know the ins and outs...but according to this, North Korea is a big bully that just won't stop beating on the geeky kid.

no it comes from my opinion and how if every1 thought likewise then it would be that simple.quite simply tell them "if you wish to fight then we will quite simply cut off the airports from you set heavy gun ships and submarines about and nuke you to shit cos we cba with world war 3" and it would save a damn lot of time.

EDIT: AND lives in the long run. but it wont happen cos every1 wont agree on it. maybe im just cold.
