@sprayypaint fucking ill glitchy synth. bassline is all over the place but i think it gives it a really unique, psychedelic vibe.

@acolddayinhell - Liking the glitchy synth work. Not sure about that vocal sample. Wobble is pretty good. Seems to not have enough sub. The production could use a little work, everything seems a bit thin. Overall, it's decent :e:

@ TRaffikz - NIce intro. Drums sound nice and fat. NIce tearout bass line. The production is solid. Don't have much to say about this. It's pretty good the way it is. Good job! :D:

@ JayZest - The slow fade in is questionable. Good atmosphere. The kick could be a bit louder in the mix. Where's the bass? The synth kicks sound cool but the track could use a bassline. I do like the overall feel. After about 3:00 it gets a bit repetitive. Maybe shorten it? Pretty cool overall 8)

@ samkablaam: Liking the vibes on the intro...a lot of depth and atmosphere there. Feeling the funky synth after the intro section, has got wuite a catch to it. I enjoy how laid back this tune is in general. Well done

@ Debaser1: I feel as though you could do with more high end in general on the track...just to open it out a bit. But it is a big sounding tune and although i think your synth bass could of used a bit more volume in the mix it sorta grew on me by the end and actually fits in pretty well :). Hope thats come in useful for you

@ therook: Loving the intro to your tune, think that the drop could of either used a bit of a gap before hand or something else to give it more thump when it comes in but the drop is pretty gud, liking the synth bass....you using reason for that im guessing?

Here's the 3 latest tunes ive produced...thought i'd post all 3 seeing as i produced them all around the same time, hope you all enjoy...would love some feedback as i aint been producing that long. Thanx :)

@deranger - love that arp synth. nice crisp production and subtle background ambience.

@JayZest - Really interesting tune, so much texture in the snare hit. Like the subtle vocals and effective use of sidechaining.

@theone1 - Pretty cool track, really like the cymbals. Seems to progress well and mix is tight.

Been posting various versions of this in the WIP thread but reckon Iv finished/had enough of it now.
cant think of a title though, any ideas welcome :D:

Thanks mate! Sculpture in Logic is the shit!

@Sinisterbeats - NIce intro. Cool delayed bass hits. When the precussion comes in is nice. Like the trumpet. The way it drops is unexpected. I thought it was going to be faster. nice heavy sub. Very stoney. Break comes at the perfect time. Has a very loose feel. Feels like you could end it around 4:00. It's said all it has to say.

The production is nice and clean. It sometimes sounds like it's almost getting muddy but pulls back. Great job ! :D

For a title, maybe Hannibal? 'cause the real Hannibal rode on elephants and shit and your track has a vaguely eastern sound. Also, it's sinister so the Hannibal Lecter reference would work as well.

Deranger: That sub bass is sweet as a nut. I think your kick is too loud, on my system it kinda punches me in the face, and it hurts, maybe cut some lows in it (not toooooo many). Love the ambience here though. Just gives it some sweeps and verbs man!

Still wanting some feedback for the track in my sig

Thanks mate! The kick may well be to loud. Sweeps are a weak spot for me but a good suggestion.

@ Debaser1 - The leads and hits in the intro are cool. Although it sound like something else I can't put my finger on. Like the drop. Not sure about that weird clicking sound that comes in with the drop. Comes in again around 1:30. It makes the track unique but it's kinda annoying. Didn't realize this was a whole mix when I started listing to it. This stuff just applies to the first track.

Overall, cool 8)

@Debaser - umm this is a mix so i dunno which one you want commented but here is my overall impression , really sweet drum patterns I like much. I do feel like the kick could hit lower in the mix though/be more present as it sounds a little muddied I think. Overall your tunes have a very consistent sound that is pretty slick. you certainly have style, but I think the drums could be stronger in a lot of your tunes. Your basslines are sick!!!

@Sinisterbeats - ohh yea already commented on this one so you know how I feel, its pretty kick-ass! Your snare has a cool slap to it and stands out nicely. Really this song is sick I faved it. I think the only thing I don't like is the little wobble noise that comes in on the second drop is kinda wonky but at least its well executed. I think you are on to something with this one.

@Mitch_dubstepuk - well I sat through all 3.

1. I think this has some issues with the mix, like that midrange noise is a little loud as well as some of those ride hats. Your bass is obnoxiously over-distorted, like I think tone it down a little bit. Drums should really be louder in the mix than mid-range-sub In my opinion. It doesn't get boring which is great - look at the waveform and see how your drums are being blotted out by a wall of sound? Not a good thing.

2. Second song was pretty interesting kind of the same mix-down issues but not as bad, drums were way louder. Bass is just so distorted its unpleasant to me.

3. I like this one the most, great stompy 4x4 beat and noises that don't rape the ears as much. Like when that wobble goes fast sounds like sueperlasers. Also way better mix in my opinion. Lastly might I add that I think you need to use some more reverb/whatever to help your sounds sit in a space together better. They sound kind of flat as a result.

Here is my tune, Drumstep gnarlyness.

@ Mitch_dubstepuk -- GOZZLE .. Some really nasty noises in there, like the p-umping bass sound alot,, proper hed nodding business, if anything to criticise it would be to add some release time to some of the bass notes as some seem to end a bit abruptly

@ sinister beats --new-1... very sinister indeed, really nice drums after 2nd drop ,

@ lord bid -- no peace for mankind ..... this track rocks!

heres 2 recent tracks ive done >> look fwd to the comments :z:

@ Acolddayinhell – “Buckshot Riddim” : Awkward. And fucking awesome! The riddim is indeed sick, and the sounds are interesting. Make it louder? Yeah. Compression is your friend. Mas de compression! Still, nice track, not boring, great sounds. Keep it up.

@Deranger “Exquisitely Empty” – I like the high pitched arp, but I wish it sounded trippy-er. The sound was great, I just wanted a little more… Maybe add a little more reverb, and make the panning more obvious? The track sounds good, it just doesn’t mix up enough for me. But maybe it’s my ADD… My attention gets lost quickly! Great track man!

@Mitch_dubstepuk – First of all, it looks like your name almost says Dubstep Puke. I know its only one letter difference, but I just thought I’d point that out. If someone wasn’t really paying attention, they might think something…I dunno. Anyway…you’re a Towel!! LOL. Good track “Gozzle”, wish there was more sub bass and less crash cymbal. Overall nice tune!

@SinisterBeats – “Siddhartha”. Is the new title of your track. You’re welcome. LOL :D

@ MRP5 – Thanks for your feedback, man. Sorry for the delay… “Bay Hoes” – Wow. Nice 8bit Arp, phat bass, tight drums. It’s almost a little too busy in the mid to upper frequency, with that crash cymbal on the down beat, or whatever sound that is…maybe turn it down, tighten the mix up? Great mix man, good things happening here.

@pain – Thanks for the feedback. Dubstep is still, to me, House music. House is a very broad category, and I prefer to mix it up between all of the sub-genres, to make more House music. Dubstep is a great place to follow styles, and also break them. “Hadouken” – Very smooth. Love the switch up in samples. Strings sound great. The kick is a little low in the mix, maybe layer it with a few deeper and higher sounding kicks? Also, that midrange disto bass could use a double, just to thicken things up. Overall great track, great listen!

@astral – “Louder” remix – Nice drop! Very smooth…it just sorta happens. I like. The drums are a little low, specifically kick and snare. Make sure that after you boost all your other levels, i.e., vocals; keys; etc; you adjust your kick last. This will ensure proper fit. Over phatness, pro sounds!

@Jaspervc: Nice intro! I do think that your bass could use a little modulation; I mean, it's modulated, but also pretty static, 1/8 wobbles for a measure. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I do like the staccato follow-up, though. That's pretty win.

@Inasound: That bass seems pretty nontraditional; I like it.

@Sinisterbeats: Listened to voices, as the other song in this thread (possibly now named Siddhartha ;)?) is now missing. I like it,though. Smooth ride, involved hats, pronounced bass... Quite nice, mate.
