Keep it to the main forum at least. I know it's the popular thing now to bash [whoever] but it's disheartening to see it spread to other producers.
It's downright pathetic the hate that popular producers receive on this board.

I think hes making dubstep without truly understanding the genre. Pace, space and bass man.

Deadmau5 is such a great producer. Sure, he's mainstream and all but he's good at making music. People are just haters. Great flow in this song between trance and dub.

@cheeky: that seems to be the majority of people coming from other genres that want to cash in now anyways

He is awesome at making music. "I remember" is one of the best tracks i've ever heard. I don't know where all the hate is coming from, i think its probably jealousy as most of the soundcloud tracks from these hating members are rather lame, whereas deadmau5 is releasing massive tunes that'll be really popular. My friend loves this new track, and he doesn't even like dubstep much. Its a fantastic crossover track, and i only wish that one day i could have the skill of deadmau5. :n:

Strobe is one of the best songs I've ever heard. There's something so catchy about his beats and everything is so clear. All in all, the guy knows what he's doing

disagree.. a lot of people on this forum do dubstep that i think is more beautiful and astonishing.. take a look by yourself, seriously.. and i dont see whats so crossover about the track.. except for the long ass intro

Deadmau5 has some good stuff imo. strobe has been mentioned, i think it's great. but yeah, you have to be trolling.

well... hmm. he's definitely a good producer. i don't think that can really be argued against. i think the point some people on here are trying to make is that there are much better producers. deadmau5 found a niche, owned it, and started working the PR. he's damn good at that, and he makes a certain sort of... popular, music. so yes, a lot of people do love his music. it's just that he's not a god like so many of his fans seems to think.

I'M trolling? I'm not the one banging on about how crap a world reknowned producer is. I'm just tired of seeing people being negative about someone elses work, thought i'd have a go for a change.
