This is super cool. I don't even have facebook, but it's a cool feeling to look at a sample of all the friendships in the world. And if you're like me, seeing lines heading into and emanating from corners of the world you weren't even sure had internet was a nice surprise too.

I find it more shocking that that MANY people are on facebook.

You can't access Facebook in China (at least not legally). The Chinese have LOADS of Facebook clones though (for example Kaixin), even the games are rip offs ha ha.

Facebook press says there are over 500 million active users, so really, this is only a small sample.
