percussion, kick swing and overall track arrangement

Post by Sadowick » Fri Dec 17, 2010 10:17 pm

new member here.

Currently I have a track at 140 bpm and Im trying to develop a general swing and drops for the track, I like the somewhat random hits and all it in most tracks but having a tough time implementing them, anyone have any advice on how to do this effectively?

Also is there a general rule of thumb for track arrangement?

any help would be great!

http://www.dubstepforum.com/viewtopic.p ... 0&start=60 <<< good thread about arrangement here...also this really isn't the place to post tunes for feedback, there's a sticky for that right on the top of the index page, and make sure you look around the "want to make dubstep? start here!" thread before posting more threads like this, and good luck sir!
