I just got my ordered some Mackie MR5s and a Focusrite Saffire 6, what cables do i need to purchase or will they come with them?

you will need a pair of balanced cables with TRS on on one end and XLR on the other

TRS out of your focusrite and XLR into your monitors

phono is unbalanced though, so if you have the option, you might as well use xlr or trs
