Is it painful? If there's a pharmacy open near you, buy some Anti Fungal mouthwash, or/and some Difflam or Oraldene.

Also don't try and diagnose yourself using Google. If it's in your mouth you want a dentist anyway not a doctor, they should be open for emergency appointments, but it may cost.

I don't think its fungal, there's no change in colour, its almost as if there's more bone growing underneath, but that sounds a bit crazy. There's no way I could afford an emergency appointment with the dentist, gona have to wait unfortunately. A little paracetamol and codeine and taken the edge off it, but not alot. uggh.

Go for the Oraldene of Difflam then, both will do good. Pretty sure you can get them in Supermarkets.
