Sometimes that's the proverbial breaking point when it comes to the fine line of actually seeing something through (a form of peer pressure that can temporarily quench common morales or logic). Plus you dare to claim normality and wash yourself of responsibility at the mere cost of one night of feeling sick.
Not having a go like... Just pointing out some home truths. Had a buddy that spent a relatively short time in the slammer for killing three people and you should hear the way he talks about his atrocities (maybe not, you'd probably get wet dreams you perverted little skidmark). Just be greatful it's all a fantasy like a disney world DVD because one day you may be placed in a situation where you've gotta do something utterly disgusting! That shit stains longer than a night bro

Re: Snuff said,
i think the reason i get curious into videos like this is for the same reason i enjoy watching alot of those odd videos, like ones that you dont understand atall whats going on.
its more interest in the people behind it, and interest/utter bewilderment as to how/why they think like this.
you can never justify the killing of innocent or unwilling people
but the reason i got kinda pissed at blablajah was that he assumed that i get off from watching these videos, whilst saying not having a go, what he said after showed the complete opposite.
"(maybe not, youd probably get wet dreams you perverted little skidmark)"
i like the use of the word skidmark but i dont like the way you assume everyone that watches a video like that will have some seedy grin on their face throughout, a little rude, unfair and stereotyping. i accept the fact that its pretty sick to have interest in videos like this, but i definately have no interest in killing someone, i wasnt the little kid who sat by an ant hill crushing all in my reach
(as much as you'd like to believe that BJ)

Re: Snuff said,
I don't think that was his point, or at least not entirely...points of view like yours validate the actions of the people who produce these sorts of videos and give them more reason to do what they do.crackf wrote:

Hell, just by talking about this shit you probably got a few people to check out the videos mentioned in this thread.
Re: Snuff said,
I don't see how watching something validates anything, possibly if there was no mention of any videos in this thread then there definitely would be no validation but just because you watch something doesn't mean you think its right or should be on the internet. Jesus christ, look at half the youtube bloggers, I watch some of their shit doesn't mean I wanna see fucking more of it does it? I think your all being a naive to this, you thinking 'it's wrong, we shouldn't watch it. Anyone who does is sick'. Not at all, I see it as informative, not entertianing, as holding shock factor instead of actual value.
Do we wish the world wasn't like this? Of course we do, but blocking it away only makes you blind to the worlds truths. Reading a story about an incident or watching the video about are perfectly the same, I see no difference in reading a news article of a murder than watching the video. Even if I'd still probably prefer to read whatever lovely journalists have put to try and make it as sweet as possible so it slides down my throat a bit better.
I can't speak for crackf but I don't sit there searching for these videos every night, with my mouse in one hand and my cock in the other.

is there ever a thread on here where someone doesn't post a tear stained moralising response to try and make people feel guilty on the internet.
blahblah's conception was a snuff movie.

Re: Snuff said,
this, if you believe me watching a video like that validates the actions, then does people watching documentaries on things such as 9/11, natural disasters, tsunamis, volcanoes validates them too?apmje wrote:I don't see how watching something validates anything, possibly if there was no mention of any videos in this thread then there definitely would be no validation but just because you watch something doesn't mean you think its right or should be on the internet. This stuff is obviously put on the internet and disseminated in the way it is for a reason.crackf wrote: care to elaborate?
We're not talking about DVDs you can pick up at the store, now, are we? This is not the kind of shit that people literally capitalize on or want to take credit for, it only exists in the public eye and is spread around the web because of word of mouth.
You're making the problem worse by exposing other people to this shit, it doesn't matter what your own personal reaction to these videos is. What if people applied your reasoning to child pornography? Why should this be any different?

Re: Snuff said,
Why be so black and white about it? It's not all about whacking off to it or being inspired to go kill some people yourself. I don't think humans are supposed to want to see these things under any circumstances. A news article is about informing people, hopefully the right people, about something that has happened. But these videos that floats around the internet are essentially there for someone's entertainment. I think knowing that lots of people have seen videos of what you've done would be quite a big deal for the people who make these.apmje wrote:I don't see how watching something validates anything, possibly if there was no mention of any videos in this thread then there definitely would be no validation but just because you watch something doesn't mean you think its right or should be on the internet. have i exposed you to any of this?
perhaps someone is interested in it and decides to check it out, but if you spend hours on the internet im sure youve probably heard about these things elswhwere, and already persued it, or will persue it in the future. i came on asking on peoples views on it, not telling people how great they are and that you should watch it
perhaps its a form of promotion, but not a positive one thats for sure
as i said, watching a documentary about 9/11 doesnt automatically make you an advocate of terrorism...

Re: Snuff said,
yes, this is true, but im defending the thread not the video, so if anything i would liken this more to a news article reporting it than a website hosting ittherapist wrote: A news article is about informing people, hopefully the right people, about something that has happened. Why not be black and white about it? No need in over complicating the situation. Humans aren't supposed to want to see this stuff? But humans are the one committing these atrocities...not a want to watch these, it's a curiosity (which has taken us full circle, yet again).therapist wrote:Why be so black and white about it? Videos of the crimes and murders that were committed during the holocaust would be just as informative if reading an article on it but that doesn't stop the history channel giving us the same repeats of 'Modern History and Hitler' every week night does it?
Unfortunately, some of the videos put on the internet are made for the sadistic pleasure and entertainment of a minority of perverts but just because you've watched a couple doesn't mean you should be lumped into that category just like that blahblah dude has.
