A bit old school, but La Roux - In for the kill (Skream Remix) is killer for a subwoofer, as is the Knights of Cydonia remix by Nostalgia

The aliens. - exterminate was bloody amazing!!! It's killer for subwoofers, I love that track and completely agree.
Also, La Roux has really good songs for remixing and creating Dubstep, I've not come across a lot of her songs remixes that aren't at least decent.
Personally, I think Damien Marley - It Was Written (Chaseing Shadows Remix) Dubstep Remix.
(Of which can be found on YouTube) is amazing for subwoofers!!

Jah Power Dub - DMZ

That baseline just fucking walks! I'd post it but I'm on my mobile...

EDIT:Proof this is the best bassline ever.

Loefah - Mud VIP
Vex'd - Pop Pop VIP
Mala - Education, the low note on this track is definately responsible for some earthquakes.

When that was dropped for the 1st time @ the last Fwd Vs Rinse at the end :o :o :o Then it sparked a massive stream of shit La Roux remixes!

Skream - Memories of third bass

Breakage - Rain

are my suggestions but Goat stare does win!!!
