DJ Soappy has steadily developed an almost unsurpassable reputation for tearing up dance floors throughout the east coast. He has quickly built a name for himself with his innovative mixing style and superior track selection. Known mostly for playing breaks, Soappy is also well known for bridging the gap between genres (Dubstep, House, Psy-Trance, Garage, & Drum n' Bass). His natural sense to read the crowd keeps the dance floor moving, and people wanting more. DJ Soappy is a staple in the New England Rave scene known not only for his DJ skills, but also as the Co-founder of "Tight Crew" Productions. Tight Crew is the northeast's largest rave event productions company. Drawing thousands of ravers to each event.
In the summer of 2008 a collaborative project was launched that would combine the choice skill sets of two dynamic New England area breaks djs, namely FiG and Soappy, to be known thereafter as Big n' Dope! This combination of experience and enthusiasm is firmly founded in the duo's strong technical proficiency, impeccable selection of quality tracks and their innate ability to deliver high energy and performance to seething dance floors. Soappy and FiG have a combined sphere of influence that reaches from Maine down to Pennsylvania having made appearances at all points there and in between. They have respectively and collaboratively been called upon to open for such leading industry names as Adam Freeland, the Freestylers and Uberzone versus Bassbin Twins.
In May of 2009 Big n' Dope released their much anticipated self-titled debut demo mix. The mix immediately garnered much praise from all corners of the north east scene and has since become a favorite amongst partygoers and industry professionals alike. Now firmly established as a force within the north east scene this forward thinking duo is cultivating an expanding sound and evolving far beyond the borders of their breaks base to include Dubstep, Drum and Bass, House and various elements of "Psy". Look for many upcoming Big n' Dope appearances in the near future showcasing this sonic evolution as well as the follow up demo mix "Beyond the Breakers" now available at a rave near you!

~A$HLEY~ [Tight Crew/LTD Unlimited] MA
In 2005, A$hley began her DJing career spinning jungle/drum & bass. Soon after, she joined with the crew RI-DNB and began playing out at events in and around the New England area. A$hley has performed at various rave events, clubs, weeklies and radio shows all over the Northeast US. Over the years, A$hley has adopted many other genres into her sets which include but are not limited to dubstep, breaks, house, and downtempo/chill-out. In 2009, A$hley joined with Tight Crew as a DJ, decorator, and co-host of their downtempo/chill-out rooms. A$hley is also a DJ for Living The Dream (LTD) Unlimited, based out of Western Massachusetts.
Aside from DJing, A$hley is also founder and co-conspirator of the event decorating team "Illusions of Grandeur". A$hley is also known for occasionally promoting/throwing music events over the years since 2004. In December of 2010, A$hley began working at Satellite Records digital site as Content Manager and Curator of their Dubstep, Breaks, UK funky/UK Garage and Chill Out/Lounge as well as running her own weekly DJ Chart for the site.

~DUB BUB~ [N.E.B.A. / Dubstep.fm / Bass Embassy] MA
Ever since his first drum set at the age of 14, Stephen Almada a.k.a. “Dub_Bub” has had a big music influence in his life. From playing genres such as hardcore and heavy metal to live drum n bass. But his love for electronic music came when he heard Roni Size: New Forms for the first time, that’s when a new world of music and style was opened to him. Since then Dub_Bub has been in awe with drum n bass and dubstep as well as its production style. Finally in 2007 when he was able to afford a pair of tech 12’s, dubstep has been a passion to spin, blending heavy bass wobble and lovely synth lines to make you melt into a pile of primordial goo…and now in 2011 Dub Bub is ready to rip up dance floors from here to the ends of the earth!
