@the wiseman:im digging the chill vibes on your first tune, however i feel like your bass/wobbles don't really fit with the track. overall its def a good start keep at it!

@jaft: cool track, i like the idea...it sounds a little muddy though in your low end

@nnny: really chill, i left you fb on soundcloud

@Debaser1 - your track had a quite interesting piano as the lead in the beginning I liked it.

@cloak and dagger - I enjoyed your space bass song pretty nice man.

@blanx - I enjoeyd your track pretty well it's just that it felt like it needed a better mixdown man it would sound a lot better. but overall i liked it.

My track is in my sig. I finished it not too long ago, I felt that my songs lead gets too repetitious but tell me what you guys think. It's much better than the tune I posted in Decembers feedback and a lot chiller/calmer i guess.

Cheers for the comments & criticism!
@brex: thanks for the info, I'll look into that. I'm not using the greatest of speakers, so it can be hard to tell at times haha.

I'm not home right now, but when I get home I'm def gonna listen to some more of these tracks! Lots of good things going on here.

@Cloak and Dagger
Nice 8 bit sounds.... Everything is a bit too distorted for my taste but it sounds pretty nice... clean it up a little

@Thun

Crazy bass ... i really liked the intro and how the first drop came in.. Nice track overall

@The Wiseman

Nice track.. the melody gets a little boring cause it sort of drags out throughout the whole track.. change it a bit to make it a little less repetitive

Here is my song :)

Cool, thanks for listening. Unfortunately, it can't really get cleaned up, as the whole thing is coming out of a genuine 8 bit device...I prefer to think of it as "authentic" rather than distorted :6:

Hi People,
Hope I covered at least 1 of everyones here, some good sounds coming out with loads of different influences!

@Debaser - Epic track, the piano works really well with that melody, nice wobble on the bass 2 :)
@Krucial - Nice melody, IMO it sounded a bit empty just after the drop, but then that maybe ur intentions :)
@Noonyez - Good sample use, 50 cent in the middle isn't it? Felt the snare was a bit dry, a verb on it could really fill it out :)
@Iko Rush - Beautiful track... Everyrthing bar the wobble is right up my street, I think you could have automated the bass a bit more, but still, nice track :)
@nnny - Good production, good harmonies, right chilled one! Probably bring the snare out a bit more in it, personal pref tho, keep it up! :)
@nylle - Cracking wobble, and really good use of percussion... It takes me back to the feeling of being in a dark, dingey club, skanking out! :)
@brex - The first bass reminds me of dark dnb, which i love btw... Just feel the bass is far to predominant, ur call tho :)
@brettheaslewood - Start The Colour Spectrum - Tight drums, something different too, which is always good, kinda reminds me of skream & benga - trapped in a dark bubble. Keep up the good work :)
@The Jaft - Great track idea, nice melody, think the drums could have a had either a bit more oompfff of volume :)
@The Wiseman - Power - Good stuff if you've only just started... Nice rolling track :)
@ Thuun - devastatingly-digital - Good bass automation, dark and dirty... Definately got dem Canadian bass influences in there! keep it up :)
@ cloak and dagger - Very bitty, not really diggin' the brostep vibe, but good track none the less :)
@ Blanx - Drip Drop Space Bass - Definately fits the title. Not my style, with such heavy midrange bass, maybe check all ur levels are tight with one another :)
@Hypefiend - You gave the feedback for me in ur post :)
@ den5hion - no-se-f7 - I like the organ hits, felt it did go on a little, its pretty tight tho :)
@ jackzon & poppaD -Feedback before you post!

Alot of new starters here, I can tell by alot of the styles coming out, alot of filth mongers! ;) A bit of generalised feedback here, lets not jump on the band wagon, be origonal, and keep it interesting. Dubstep has a reputation of portraying emotion well, put some soul in your music!!!

Phew... Right here's mine, go easy ;)

@The Jaft - I like the tune and rhythm, I feel it needs more bass drop and power.
@The Wiseman - Power - Mastering seems pretty good, bass hits well.
@ den5hion - no-se-f7 - Awesome track, I think the organ gave it a kind of reggae/dub feel which is always welcome.

Hi Guys,

First post and I'm straight in there with peddling my wears.. RISKAY.

@djwom - Liking the synthy dub guitar hits.. Nice take on the standard sample. Like the build midway through.. felt housey.. In a good way :) - Then the tempo change added some variety. Not the standard... Good work! :)

@den5hion - A proper bunin' tune. Felt nice and chilled. Wobbles didn't feel quite on the money as far as speed.. Doesn't hold it back though. Great track :)

@StepMan - Stick a sub bass under that :). Maybe try syncopating the synth hits.. Just give it a little more jive. The kick and snare need more power.. Up the volume.. EQ the bid up a bit on the snare. Reverb is good though. Don't get me wrong, I like it.. The vital elements are all there ;)

Right.. My track... Be brutal!.. It's the only way i'll learn :)

It got to the top 5 tracks of the Year on BBC Radio Essex Introducing. - http://news.bbc.co.uk/local/essex/hi/pe ... 329995.stm

New track I've been working on, it's more or less finished, might make some slight tweaks still. Dunno how I feel about it, been working on it for too long now :s lemme know if it's up to scratch.

WARNING: The following track is NOT brostep. Proceed with caution XD

Soundcloud

@theduke - Very nice production but I can't say this is really my thing. The melodies seem a bit...not right to me. Don't know how to describe it. Just didn't gel with me well. Your clearly a talented producer though.

@djworm - Pretty cool track, bit boring before the higher synth comes in but it rolls nicely after that. Maybe tidy up the high end a bit but overall nice job.

@poppad - your a bellend, leave some feedback.

@den5hion - Sounding good, don't like the kick drum in this, it feels a bit out of time sometimes, like it's working against the general rhythm of the track. Also feels a bit empty in places. You really gotta cram the whole spectrum with this kind of dubstep. Personally I prefer tracks with a bit of space but when it's this kind of style if you don't cram it then it feels like it lacks energy. Maybe just add some more shuffly hats in the background or summat?

#theduke

sick piano work in the beggining. nice written if you didnt sample it :P liking the edits aswell. oh yea top notch vocals :D hearing a bit of flux pavillion influences! I think you've made a awesome track structure wise and it seems well mastered and mixed. way over my head. well done mate :)

#StepMan

a bit "WTF?" on that intro :P. those reverse crashes are a bit random aswell. keep at it... try making the bassline a bit fatter.

#djwom

digging the choir. really nice sounds. digging the housefeel in the intro!!! GRAND INTRO!!! damn.. :) okey shit the drop is just so nice ffs... omg I'm really enjoying this and I MEAN it. this is quality right here!! really proffesional.... would kill for a 320 mate would be so nice... thanks for the listen that's atleast on the top 5 or top 10 I've heard on this forum. cheers mate keep at it! :)

#den5hion

THE DROP AT 1:10 is fantastic. I think you should bring it forward cause the part before is a bit dull in my opinion... It might kill the mood of a crowd. mixdown seems awesome.. nice synthesized sounds. sounds really pro :) cheers

#cloak and dagger

that sounded like a chiptune to me. not really my thing when the kick and snare sounds like that. but Im really digging the melody and some of the sounds. loving the rising arpeggios. big up :)

#Thuun

Way over my head. sick mixed and mastered and thats just a fucking nice tune. wow that was really cool digging the structure. well done.

over to my remix of tainted love!

drop any feedback on the soundcloud, feel free to download aswell.

@nny
sick stuff man, Dream in Oriental was a really chill track. The only thing that bugged me was how much the kick stood out, but not a big deal.

@superginger
Awesome job on the Remix! I don't like Manson, but I like what you did with the song!

@theduke
GREAT remix! Outstanding job. I can't really give any feedback

Any feedback you have, I would appreciate it. This is my second dubstep song I've made, feel free to download it.

A relaxing, almost meditative remix of Baitface's 'We Are'. Play this one when you need a reminder that there's more to life than what's immediately ahead of your perception.

'We Are' the Future Garage movement 2011. Believe this!

Check out Baitface's original here -

All feedback returned as usual :corndance: (I don't get this corn thing? Thought I'd better use it anyway lol)
