the process is quite simple:

1.) has said noob been corrected? if not go to step 2, if so skip to step 3
2.) inform noob fo his lapse of reading comprehension skills and ignoring the stickies and rules
3.) has the post been reported? (click the ! button right above quote) if yes, skip to step 5, if no go to step 4.
