Widelows and Sine Here.

If you think that switching to another daw will instantly make your music better, you are wrong. Trust me, I tried it myself.

Nah I think Skream still uses FL, there was a magnetic man interview not that long ago where they mentioned that he refuses to move over to logic for his solo work. I think the magnetic man album was done mostly in logic though.

Lots of decent producers use it these days. It used to be a "toy" daw - something you weren't really serious about - but that's changed in recent years. FL has certainly come to the table - and is very competitively priced.

Loads of people are FL faithful, and with plugin delay compensation, we've got decent mastering functionality finally, so really, its much more commercially viable then well... alot of other DAWs... and it fits the mold of a standard sequencer/rack/routing system well, so the concepts are very cross-applicable with other software, which is leading to more and more universities/instructors installing it...

Benga moved to Apple because it fits with the image with Magnetic Man. I have not noticed any difference in his production if he is actually now making tracks at home using Logic. Last I heard Skream still uses it and untold Grime producers too.

Tbh it doesn't matter what you use as most DAWs can do the same thing and load the latest plugins.
Don’t worry about people stealing an idea. If it’s original, you will have to ram it down their throats.

Anyone who thinks FL is lacking these days is kidding themselves. Makes me laugh.

spor aka feed me
a good producer can make tunes out of any daw, especially when you take time to learn the software in and out instead of jumping around with 4 different daw programs at a time and 1000 different plugins
maybe if people learned the fundamentals first instead of diving in headfirst to the deep end thinking they'll be the next big thing in under a year if they use the same program and plugins as the people who took the time to learn things in and out and put in the work...
