Virtual Dj question

I just got setup with virtual DJ and I've been using my midi keyboard as a controller for now, trouble is when I assign one of the eq knobs or the filter knob on one deck to knobs on the keyboard it assigns the eq and filter control for both decks and i have to switch between them with PFL, is there any way to make it so that eq and filter controls are different for the 2 decks?

For every button you configure you can chose for which deck/side you want it in the bottom right corner.
VDJ sucks at knobs though, the rest is pretty good to combine with a midi controller.

I'm on the keymapping screen and I can't see any option like that?

When you add a new key you should see a little drop down menu that says 'default deck'.
