The best way to discover new tunes

The thing is that while searching new tunes, I often find ones which sound excellent to me, with less than a 100 views. The aim is to promote such tunes, new artists, and even personal creations, if most of the users also like them.
Also, I am glad to see more developed answers, even if not agreeing with my approach.
If you don't like the principle, ignore it, I actually don't give a shit about non justified critics, but if you're specialist, feel free to join and help.
At this time, there aren't enough contributors to really promote creative stuffs, and indeed, broadcast Mt Eden, Skream and others already famous artists is not the aim at all.
