Code Of Arms is proud to announce the newest release from Glÿph, this one featuring Maksim.
Glÿph is the collaboration project of Lixkä and Myosïs, two DJ/producers from Belgium. Glÿph was created in November 2009 and as the project grew, they began producing haunting & aggressive dubstep. Their two first productions (African Junkie & Distrogena) enabled them to get signed and make a free release with Necroid Recordings. With the help of local event organizers, the duo grew and were able to expand to join forces with more labels including “F*ckin’ Beat” crew. Other labels featuring Glÿph include Code of Arms, Krypled Brain, Gradient Audio and MonkeyDub.
Maksim is an MC/producer, originally from north London, writing and producing in the styles of Dubstep, Drum & Bass and Hip Hop. His experience in performing live sets has grown rapidly in the past 6 months, after hosting several nights and spraying bars for the likes of Cookie Monsta, DJ Fresh, Chasing Shadows, Skism, Document One, Funtcase, Broken Note, Ruckspin, Skrillex, Bare Noize and DC Breaks.
Work within the studio has allowed for collaborations with artists from around the world, including Document One, Filth Collins, Glÿph (BE), Bratkilla, Diesel, Harvest, Devnik, Eggchan and many more. 2011 will see several releases on numerous labels, including Code of Arms Records, Monkey Dub Records and Abducted Records to name a few.
