sooooo i cant find it on Redeye, and its already sold out/forthcoming on Chemical.... Was this an early promo release with a soon-to-be full release?

I ordered it at Chemical and had an e-mail saying that it wasn't for this Friday Shipping but next due to a delay from distributors I think? So that might be why it seems down atm.
