COKI and RESO - both make tearout but really good stuff!

Some would say that's an oxymoron.

PROTIP: Find a mix by your favorite artist (Excision's Shambahlah mix for example), and explore the tracks by artists who appear in it. You'll end up stumbling upon a bunch of people you will like and will gradually find your footing :)

no. he means... "stop coming to this forum, posting topics which have been done amillion times over and start using that thing between your ears to do some research"

Most of the artists I like I found out about from listening to mixes. Any time you have the chance to listen to a mix, do it. People don't mix tunes they don't like so there's bound to always be something good in there.

Let's not pretend here. What he meant was "I don't like your taste, so I'm gonna give you some shit." If this thread was about Mala instead of Excision there wouldn't have been that kind of response and I probably see topics involving the DMZ crowd as often if not more so than a topic like this. The title of the thread was Excision, it's not like anyone forced dude to click on it. Just ignore it if you aren't interested. There's no reason to be a smug prick about it.

Yes mate your dam right there! So many people on here think they know everything about dubstep and think what they listen to is better than everything else! Too many DMZ fan boys as well!!

Technetium is a massive tune. :5:

And I really hope Excision is playing Outlook, like badly. That man doesn't give the dance floor time to breathe, and that would be me in my element.

Also totally agree with anyone who has posted in this thread about Dubstep snobbery. It's a massively diverse genre and not everyone has to like everything. So fuck everythng was deep back in the day, or only 'noobs' like filth. Bullshit mentality that be.

Most DMZ threads get re-used because people are able to use the search function....not brand new ones every day. Fair play he is looking for music but there are many threads including stickies that have suggestions for stuff like this already. Reading the rules before posting may help.....but everyones gotta learn i guess.

datsik, downlink, liquid stranger sound pretty much the same style..

but you should extand your search to other dubstep style.. open your mind many fucking good stuff everywhere :)

search on beatport, start with dubstep top 100 best sellers..

then when you found a few tracks you like go to the artist page to check his other tracks, then search for others artists in the same label, and also check the artist who made remix for them.
