They have never mentioned rinse fm, never plug hatch on kiss, never spoke of mala/Coki's albums etc etc...
It's like the biggest case of false advertising since that film the never ending story
How many admins are there? What are their backgrounds?

It's just wrong because the page is 'dubstep'. They should be representing the entire genre, and defo not trying to sway votes to any one nominee.
If the page was GetDarker, or Dubstep.fm, or Rinse, etc etc etc then it'd be fine for them to say vote xxxxxxxx as they're brands and they can and should have opinions.
Easy to say it's just a page, but it's a page with half a million members and is probably providing more click throughs to the awards than DSF itself when they're posting it. I have no idea how many members of that page are members here though.
It's sorta like the BBC putting the news on and saying 'It's time for the general election and the Labour Party have been nominated! Make sure you make your vote worthwhile'

of course a lot of them do but theres ads to get a tune higher on beatport and things like that and itunes does account for 80% or summit of the music market so im sure that a lot of them do pay as well...
even if 1 in 100 on there buy a tune instead of getting it illegally thats 5000 people...im sure its more than 1 in 100

I think the Dubstep Facebook group should do a better representation of Dubstep as a whole but unfortunately, they don't. It's scary but they have some of the largest advertising power for the sound and when they use that too promote the hype Dubstep, it's quite a scary thing for traditional and forward thinking producers and DJs.
Dubstep, scary, dubstep. Just to add to the even more times I said it in them 2 sentence's.
