fry up streaky bacon with a little butter&oil
take out bacon, degrease!
pour most of excess oil from pan
scrambled egg mix: 2 eggs, salt, pepper, tiny dash of mustard, dash of double cream, whisk hard n shit, add some grated cheddar, whisk hard n shit
add to pan with bacon juice
scramble but not too hard cos i hate it when they go all bobbly
cook but not till the point that they lose moisture, want the eggs to just be firming when i take them off, they'll cook through properly whilst i butter my toast and finish degreasing the bacon!
i PRIDE myself on the perfection that is my scrambled eggs.

Ha! A mate of mine has managed to make scrambled eggs the most sacreligious, downright suicidal way possible. You know how some people cook fry ups in like, an inch of oil? Where the sausages float...well thats standard for Dai. Begins...

stappard eggs!
chop a spring onion, fry in little bit oil for looong, dont let it brown!
mix 3 eggs (no 2 egg lady meals here) and add with some butter to the spring onion once theyre soft
still once every few seconds until they begin to solidify
take off th heat, add a spoon of cream/creme freche and some cheese (parmesan if youre feeling classy) let them cook off the heat while youre buttering the toast

Looks like chive topped, banana egg custard baby food with a side of toast.
Scrambled eggs ain't banging without fresh thyme, a dash of hot pepper sauce, a fold of creme fraiche, lashings of guruye and cracked pepper, bundled on a couple of pieces of buttered, toasted sourdough and served with a side of thyme roasted tomatoes.
