Freq ratio in sytrus and NitroX - little help ;)

Post by fudge-1337 » Fri Jan 21, 2011 12:07 am

ok i got two question if anyone can help me :D

firstly, in Sytrus in FL Studio (<ftw) you will notice that freq ratio is the octave of the osc.
0.5000 is equal to one octave so my question is what is a semi tone? is it quite simply 1/12 of 0.5000? (0.0416)
hope someone can shed some light on this

secondly, NitroX, wicked snyth, would have no probelm with playing with it and making some awesome sounds, soooo...
HOW DO INITATE THE PATCH!!! :'(

thank you very much kind ppl at DSF.
