FLAC to 320mp3 or WAV

Does anybody know of tools I can use for this?
Got some flac, and want it on my iPod.
Do you say zerbaman? Or do you say zebraman?

If you want lossless audio on your iPod, convert the .flac to ALAC, .wav works but it's a much bigger file for the same quality.

Thanks, I know wav is bigger, but iTunes doesn't take .flac :S
I've never heard of ALAC though

ALAC is apple's version of FLAC only their compression is not as good but at least it works on the iPod. As far as freeware goes I'm sure if you google flac to alac you'll find some.

There's a free programme called Foobar that does the trick nicely on Windows. http://www.foobar2000.org/

get audacity and convert it to an mp3. its free on pc
