Studio monitor help

I have the krk powered 6's and 10 krk sub.they have +-6db setting on the back.what should I set them at?

I have em at 0, you can set em on +3 or +6db if don't have a interface and you find em not loud enough.

use your ears.. its diffrent in every room!
