This free Dubstep event is every Thursday in San Francisco at 540 Howard st. Special guest DJ's every week along with the Ritual residents. The venue uses bio-degradeable cups that cost a ton, so if you drink water from our handy little cooler, please conserve your cups. There are pat downs but they are very casual about it. It’s rage and beauty in the West Coast bass scene. Lippe’s music takes you on a strange odyssey from etherial and airy breaks, to crushing and gut twisting bass. Dreams and nightmares fuse and the result is always the same, dance floor mayhem.
His influences are as varied as his fan base and his mission is to bring it all together. Lippe has performed with the likes of Nit Grit, Mochipet, Nasty Nasty, NTRLD, and many more in the West Coast Bass scene. His debut set at the now infamous Pet Nation set the crowd on fire, which led to an even crazier showing at Vaikhari, where the stage literally collapsed under the weight and force of hundreds of fans bouncing to Lippe’s music.
Don’t come expecting a DJ. This sound is all original.

Babylon System, the California based dubstep outfit, consists of the killer combo of veteran dj/producers: ROOMMATE and NO THING. Roommate is an animal! His tireless efforts in both production and mixing have currently brought him to the forefront of American dubstep.

Salokin (Nick Madrid) Co-Owner of Rukkuz Muzic. has been Dj’ing for over 10 years and Salokin is currently spinning dubstep and DnB all around the San Francisco Bay Area. He’s performed with Evol Intent, Lime Wax, 12th planet, DZ, and many other greats. He was a part of the elite Reflex SF crew for many years based out of SF and has been a part BADNB and preformed on the float at Lovefest for the last few years killin’ it every time!
Salokin got into dubstep about 3 years ago…dabbling here and there…until last November when he partnered up with the elite SF crew Compression known for their amazing DnB shows. He decided to collaborate on a monthly show every 3rd Friday at 103 Harriet (formerly 1015 Folsom) to deliver a bass-heavy show that’s positively blowin’ up on the scene! If you don’t know, you better get your ass in gear.
Salokin then created RUKKUZ MUZIC with his fiancé, and they have since become known from SF to NY for venture with COMPRESSION, With the diverse sound and top notch artists they have out every month, it’s something that cant be ignored. Salokin plays at many of these shows, and has definetly been a local favorite! He also aquired a residency at TRUST every month as well as his regular show. He is starting to produce his own tracks and soon will be known as a Jack of all Trades.
