I don't think it's the weather, but I've been on a traditional American school schedule from K-12, then 7 straight years of college (BA/MFA) and now I teach...so my brain just goes on cruise control during the summer...mid May comes and it just chants SMOKE BEER SMOKE BEER SMOKE BEER DISCO NAP PARTY! over and over again.

Well the weather effect my music for sure. How and when though... Probably not. My job and family effect how and when more than anything.
