simple question on logic and reason rewire

quick question if i export my midi from reason and import them to logic can i arrange my drums and fix the pattern in logic?

are you doing it so you can see everything arranged in logic? And yes you can, but beware of latency. Some of the reason beats will be delayed so you may have to bounce to audio and correct the timing.
Alternatively, why dont you use the exs24 or ultrabeat with the same samples? and just copy over the midi...

this is too a question i need help with. I get really confused with rewiring reason into logic so i just end up giving up. Hen,se why I just do everything in reason out of sheer pissed offery.

If youre using redrum youll have to send each hit to a seperate channel

edit: would it not just be easier to export loops of kick,hi hat ect from reason and inport them into logic?

im going to try making the beat in reason and sending over the midi with the same samples to. good idea never thought of it :D

just discovered this website i didn't know they made audio ones i thought it was just for after effects but this is some amazing guide thanks for the link. :D appreciate it

another quick question can i still use post processing effects in reason like the delay. Do i just have to rout the delay the way i want and just add it to the hardware device?

Ive rewired reason into cubase before and you can use all the reason delays and eqs etc fine. Cubase just hosts it
