I'm trying to imagine a Brit not putting butter on his sandwich, and it's just not happening for me.

Just because you are a character, does not mean you have character.

Re: how do u feel about north americans using british slang
being from a country of which native language isn't english in any form, i might state that i rather use british words (and accent when speaking english). at school and everywhere else where english language is used around here the american english is standard but i prefer the uk style.
hope you don't mind

if yu have some good olive oil to put on some fresh country-style bread, yummyummy. then rub some tomato on it.

Re: how do u feel about north americans using british slang
What, you don't peanut butter and jam?
Not as good as a sardine sandwich?

Re: how do u feel about north americans using british slang

i understand the bruschetta type bread and oil, thats delicious but not oil in a sandwich.

No mayo, that's vile. Bit of hot sauce is the thing. If I'm grilling a sandwich a touch of butter on the outside OS legit.

Just because you are a character, does not mean you have character.
