hARRY POTTAR do produce that kind of stuff and plays it alot in Belgium. I find it horrible tho, but it's my opinion.

"hardcore" has always been going, never really made a comeback, just hardly anyone listens to it

I listen to my pals weekly 92/93 hardcore sets on my local pirate station. love it. not happy hardcore or any of that shit tho, the proper early 90s stuff is the bollocks!

I've heard some decent New-Skool stuff, Boca and DJ Shock in Leeds are specialists in old and new material and their sets are always interesting
