er no i dont haha, people have already highlighted a mistake you made there, but yeah thats magnetic man, one of the most commercial dubstep acts out there, but within the dubstep scene i would say a big label is like hotflush, hyperdub, tempa, swamp81 and others, and you say you want people on your label who wont get too big for their boots, well thats most definite cos they wont get anywhere near being big with your website and attitude

So in summary, you openly break the law, haven't answered many legitimate questions about your label, respond to contstructive critisism with a bad attitude and conduct yourself in an unproffesional manner.

I used the job example, because most people have had some experience with it in their life, so it makes it a good example to use. You clearly have not, and don't know the differnce between a job advert, a application form, and a interview.
