I wasn't attacking you before by the way, just making a valid point - you did disagree quite strongly about Myspace etc being shit, and then agree quite enthusiastically about DSF.

name one really good song, didnt find any, ikonika had some good ones, but toooooo much atonality in her recent works for meh.

as far as i'm aware, flying lotus has never been a member of the forum and has little interest in early dubstep. plenty of people know very well that this forum has done a lot for the careers of many many great artists. to say otherwise is just, well, wrong. obviously there's a lot of stupid stuff on here now but it still serves a useful purpose. music in California works in a totally different way to britain.

he's a great producer whether people appreciate his music or not. he's one of the best in the world.

however, i find him overly dismissive in interviews and in person. its a shame that he talks to ikonika like she doesn't know what she's talking about. she obviously does. flylo is a fantastic musician, but he'd do well to show a little more respect for other scenes.

but thats besides the point, people in the thread need to stop acting like these were well thought out opinions being relayed by flylo and ikonika it was a relaxed and casual interview atmosphere and they were off hand meaningless comments, however, this is a good thread
