at electrode for an extended mashout! Stacey is co label boss of the
mighty Rag & Bone
records; a big favourite of ours
.Started in 2001 by Noyeahno and Warlock, this South London based label
is famed for being the front-runner in bass-fuelled breaks and dark
electronics. The Rag & Bone remix of the ubiquitous Geht's Noch by
Roman Flugel is a stormer, and the back catalogue is quality through
and through.

"I guess musically it began for me late acid house/early rave era in
88/89, partying it up in the london warehouses and the surrounding
fields, as well as spinning tunes on the London pirate, Fantasy FM.
Musically, I started buying acid house, quickly progressed into
requiring rave, then jumped to jungle, tasted techno, eased my way
thru electro, bashed out the breaks and then stepped the dubstep. I've
played at big raves, little raves, illegal raves, unknown raves, field
raves, crap raves and sell out raves. Ive spun tunes in pubs, bars,
parks, beaches, bedrooms, front rooms, sport centres, squats, clubs,
markets and on the airwaves. I've played pissed, caned, asleep, awake,
pregnant, with one deck, 2 decks and even no decks(?) The music I make
is never what I want it to be but always with the ethos "women respond
to bass!!!"
